Order changes
Contact the farm as soon as possible. Whether an order can be changed depends on the Saturday cutoff and preparation status.
Refunds
Approved full or partial refunds return through the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and bank.
Unavailable items
If the farm cannot fulfill a paid item, the customer will receive a replacement choice or an appropriate refund.
